Bill Wignall
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of Truition, Bill Wignall is responsible for the strategic direction and operational growth of the organization.
Bill has more than 12 years of experience running Technology companies around the world. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of Electronics Workbench, which he proactively sold to National Instruments in a deal that was highly attractive to shareholders of both companies. Prior to that, he held General Management responsibilities at both Telezone and Broadband Networks Inc. Bill started his career at Nortel/BNR, where he was one of the youngest Directors in the history of the company.
Bill is a graduate of electrical engineering from the University of Toronto . He is also a graduate of Stanford University 's Executive Program for Growing Companies.
David S. Moore
Chief Financial Officer
David Moore, Chief Financial Officer for Truition, has 25 years of hands-on experience in delivering rapid improvements in profitability and performance in high growth businesses for Fortune 100 companies in the US, Canada and the UK.
David assesses industry dynamics, identifies business drivers, creates transformational business plans and ensures execution. He has a proven track record for leading change in both small and large companies by leveraging his capabilities in finance, corporate planning, negotiations, distribution agreements and people leadership.
Most recently Mr. Moore was CFO of Fifty-Plus.Net International Inc, a public company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange and Canada's leading provider of content targeting the 50+ age group.
Sirko Schneppe
Vice President, Global Services and Managing Director Truition GmbH
As Vice President, Global Services, Sirko Schneppe is responsible for Truition’s worldwide solution delivery and client service. Sirko also acts as a Managing Director of the Truition GmbH, Germany.
Sirko has more than 10 years experience in the eCommerce industry, working for several years as an Internet Technology consultant, before joining Intershop AG in 1998. At Intershop AG, Sirko started as Project Manager for National and International software projects, later taking over responsibility for Global Product Management and Product Marketing for the Intershop product portfolio.
Sirko founded AGETO GmbH, a company which focused on developing and implementing web services for eCommerce systems and online marketplaces, in 2005 Truition and AGETO joined forces.
Sirko Schneppe is specialist in eCommerce business models and software development. He is a graduate from the Technical University of Ilmenau, with a degree in Economics and Computer Science.
David Newall
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, David Newall is responsible for expanding Truition’s retail customer base and continuing to build the company’s corporate brand in North America and Europe.
David joined the company in 2005 after more than 13 years of experience serving in senior sales and marketing positions for global technology companies such as Q9 Networks and Sprint Canada. David was Vice President of Sales for Q9 Networks (TSX: Q), a provider of outsourced Internet infrastructure and related managed services. David is also a recipient of multiple sales and marketing awards, including Sprint’s Chairman’s Counsel Award for sales excellence.
He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Gary Black
Vice President, Product Management
Gary Black, Vice President of Product Management for Truition, joined the company in 2006 bringing with him more than 10 years of product development experience. Gary provides the leadership for Truition’s product management team and is responsible for developing the company’s strategic product development road map, ensuring that Truition’s ecommerce product suite continues to lead the industry with best-in-class features and capabilities.
Prior to joining Truition, Gary was Vice President of Product Management and Engineering for the Marketing Automation business unit of DoubleClick Inc. At DoubleClick, Gary led the product development of the company’s email marketing platform, DARTmail. In Gary’s tenure, DARTmail became the world’s largest email marketing ASP platform and was consistently top-ranked by industry analysts.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Ian Suttie
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President, Marketing, Ian Suttie is responsible for all aspects of Truition's global marketing strategy and execution.
Ian brings to Truition nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of technology businesses. He has held senior marketing, sales and general management responsibilities at Nightingale, Electronics Workbench, PCI Geomatics and Waterloo Maple. Ian started his career at S-S Technologies, where he led the company's growth from start up to over $20 million in annual revenue.
Ian holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario .
